Yesterday we went to a friend's graduation party - actually the best man from our wedding, Ryan. He graduated from the University of Maryland this spring so his parents had a luau. Aloha attire was required, grass skirts optional. Luke has quite a few aloha-themed outfits since people know Alec is from Hawaii, so he was well-off. I chose to wear a fake lei.

And here he is with Melanie, our church's children's ministries coordinator (and our good friend!). Melanie had 3 daughters get married the same year 2 years ago, so she's really ready now for grandkids! She gets her sugar from Luke for now. Behind them is Judy, Luke's other "nana" at church (her grandson lives in St. Louis).
