This is a Cuban maranade (say it like "mo-ho," not like Austin Powers) made from orange juice, lemon juice, garlic and some other tasty spices. You can use it on practically anything - fish, chicken, beef, portk. Last night I baked a pork loin in it. When it's cooking, it smells great, too.
