Making Progress

Alec painted in our room again. This time he painted the walls where the old closet was and also 2 walls in our existing closet. They look pretty good.

On the left of this picture it looks like it isn't finished, but that's where the new cabinets will go so why paint behind them? I didn't take a picture because Alec painted all of our names on the white spot - including the baby's name.

Next on the to-do list is install the cabinets and also new closet organizers in the closet. Then we can move all the junk out of Luke's new room and start in there.

I finished 6 more blocks for Luke's quilt. It goes a lot faster when all the pieces are already cut out and I don't have to search through my scrap boxes.

2 tractors:

2 airplanes:

2 delivery trucks:

Luke played with play-doh for a while and then with the button box when I was sewing on airplane wheels.

And someone else discovered that she likes Luke's new Nativity toy, too.

Your use of bedroom space for the hobby corner seems like a great solution - I like the bold colors.
Alec is doing such nice work!

so is that like a pack and go cat? nice color on your walls... I just wish you had turned the camera a little so I can see if my guess is right regarding names!
