The week in pictures

Well, I haven't posted since Auntie Em was here because we were busy with Grandpa & Grandma, but here are some pictures and commentary to bring you up to speed.

Both Grandma & Grandpa enjoyed time holding Erin:

And reading to Luke:

We took a walk:

Erin grew another chin:

We ate breakfast at IKEA while watching the snow fall out in the parking lot:

We went down to see what was left of the Cherry Blossoms and froze our buns:

We ate our sack lunch at the Air & Space Museum:

We saw lots of "big airplanes, WOW":

(I wish I had remembered our camera - these are all from Grandpa. Luke loved the hands-on room and he even got to sit in the cockpit of a little Cessna - another picture I wish I had.)

We ate out a few times:

It SNOWED on APRIL 7:

Luke bonded some more with his bug- big-eyed sister:

Erin wore her new bonnet to church on Easter and we all wore SWEATERS:

Looks like your weather was about the same as ours! Cold and sloppy!
So glad that Rob and Gayle were able to spend some time bonding with the new baby and big brother!
Bryan and Heather and kids were here on Easter.....had to have an Easter egg hunt inside because of the crummy weather!

Ahhh, you beat me to the blog punch. We were caught up in catching up when we got home last night. We had a great time, Kate! I'll get some more pics up tonight.

Great pics. Question--did mom go back to a darker color rather than blonde?? I think I'm really liking it!. I hope she sends another picture, but I that that hairdo is a winner!

No - Mom did not color her hair, in fact it is very gray and the pictures just didn't show that part. The hair was an issue in D.C. - dry and static-filled - couldn't do a thing with it.
